Kevin's background is in law enforcement, with years of direct field experience responding to homeless encampments, illegal dumping, and properties in crisis. He built Urban Abatement to bring structure, documentation, and accountability to work that is usually handled without any of them. He leads strategy, sales, business development, and company systems, and works in the field.
Franklen leads financial oversight and is growing into field-operations leadership as the company matures, keeping the business disciplined on scope, cost, and margin.
